NSK 6203 V bearing
NSK 6203V bearings are machined components that include an outer ring, inner ring, balls, retainers, shields and snap rings. miniature ball bearings are available in inch and metric sizes, open or shielded and flanged or unflanged. For extreme noise sensitive applications, superior hardness and corrosion resistance our ball bearings are manufactured with DD400™ stainless steel material. Single-row deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling bearings. Their use is very widespread.
In addition to open type bearings, these bearings often have steel shields or rubber seals installed on one or both sides and are prelubricated with grease. Also, snap rings are sometimes used on the periphery. As to cages, pressed steel ones are the most common.
High quality steel—Ultra clean steel to extend bearing life by up to 80%
Advanced grease technology—NSK lubricants that can extend grease life and performance of deep groove ball bearings
The NSK 6200 series deep groove ball bearing with metric dimensions and normal clearance has double non-contact seals and a single-row deep-groove geometry for high speeds and supporting both radial and axial loads. This single-row bearing has normal radial internal clearance for applications that do not involve thermal expansion or atypical precision. The pressed steel cage evenly spaces the balls for even load distribution and prevents contact to reduce friction, vibrations, and noise. The bearing has non-contact seals that fasten to the outer ring on both sides of the bearing to keep lubricant in and contaminants out. This NSK 6200 series deep groove bearing is for use in applications that involve combined radial and axial loads and a need for high running accuracy and stiffness at high rotational speeds. Such applications include clutches, drives, gearboxes, compressors, pumps, turbines, and printing and textile machines, among others.Rolling bearings use rolling elements to maintain the separation between moving parts to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. These elements can be one of the following types: ball, cylindrical, spherical, barrel, needle, spindle, or tapered. All rolling bearings are open, shielded, or sealed. Sealed bearings are lubricated with oil or grease in the bearing factory, while open and shielded bearings are meant to be lubricated in place, with periodic reapplication of lubrication, based on use. The shield protects the working parts of the bearing from environmental debris that may be introduced and could reduce the ball bearing speed and lifespan. Rolling bearings are used in a range of applications from agricultural machinery to conveying equipment, robotics, dental equipment, elevators, rolling mills, ship rudder shafts, and aggregate crushers, among others.NSK manufactures ball and roller bearings, linear guides, and other components for automotive and industrial applications. The company, founded in 1916 in Japan, has offices in Ann Arbor, MI.
